A Cornish-based start-up in the educational sector has won three prestigious accolades at the Tech South West Awards.
Cognition Creative Learning CIC, in Bude, attended the awards ceremony on Thursday, November 9, at Sandy Park, the home of Exeter Chiefs Rugby Football Club.
The organisation not only won the two categories it was shortlisted for, Best Education Initiative and TeachTech Award, but was also announced as the Cornwall Cluster Winner on the night.
The Best Education Initiative accolade celebrates those who are leading the way in delivering impactful projects and programs to enhance skills across the region. Cognition Creative Learning’s commitment to innovative educational methods has been duly recognised with this award, demonstrating the significant impact they have made in not just upskilling the community but also empowering local children to become passionate about technology.
In the TeachTech category, the spotlight was on Cognition Creative Learning for its outstanding contribution in educating and inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts. This award underscores the organisation’s dedication to nurturing a passion for technology among young learners.
Adding to their list of accolades, Cognition Creative Learning was also honoured as the Cornwall Cluster Winner, a testament to its exceptional work and impressive applications in the tech field, as voted by the Tech South West group and local tech clusters.
