A wallaby is thought to be bouncing around the Holsworthy area after it was spotted in a garden at Sessacott, West Putford.
'Wanda', so named by the owner's children as she loves to wander, has been missing for more than a week, but appears to be enjoying her adventure.
Suzi Lowther snapped a picture of the marsupial at the end of her garden earlier today (February 21).
Suzi told the Post: "The owner got in contact after I posted on Facebook and we checked with the local vet if they knew anyone with a wallaby around here.
"It had bounced off by the time they got to us so I don't know if it is still loose."
She added: "It did get our alpacas into a frenzy!"
Wanda's owner Steve Pomeroy later confirmed she has been missing for a week and appears to be "enjoying her freedom too much".
Steve added: "She isn't captured yet! She ran off a week ago and hasn't moved more than one mile since.
"She's very elusive but not vicious."
