EACH year, people far and wide make the journey into Devon to enjoy a weekend of family fun and entertainment.
This year’s Holsworthy Vintage Rally (June 29 and 30) was no different, there were a wide variety of vintage cars, bikes and horticultural vehicles, as well as some heavy vehicles all shined up and ready to impress the crowds.
However, if vehicles aren’t your thing, there was still plenty to get stuck into and enjoy, from live music, arts and crafts, stalls, local businesses and even a dog show for the prettiest pups to strut their stuff.
With the weather holding strong, crowds were aplenty and the feedback from residents and attendees has been nothing but positive.
Attendees thanked organisers for their hard work in planning the weekend’s events.
One resident said: “We would like to thank the committee for all their hard work and allowing us to display our vintage caravans and camper vans at the show, we would also like to thank our exhibitors for their support in making this section a success many thanks to all see you again soon.”
Another added: “Well done and thank you to you all for all your hard work and for putting on a wonderful rally. It was a fantastic weekend.”
While 2024’s rally may be over, many will already be looking ahead for next year’s event.
