Several lots in the Post area are due to go to auction next month, which are likely to generate considerable interest.
A ‘substantial’ mixed-use building situated within Launceston town centre is set for auction next month.
It is among 135 lots listed in the latest auction being held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
The property at 1 High Street has a freehold guide price of £110,000 to £120,000.
Auctioneer David Henwood said: “This is a double-fronted building situated in the historic town centre of Launceston. Most recently utilised as two ground floor commercial units with a substantial maisonette on the upper floors, the property now requires a programme of improvement.
“Individuals may wish to consider conversion of the property to a single residential dwelling or sub-division of the maisonette to create two flats, subject to all the necessary consents.”
In Trewint, land with planning permission for a three-bedroom detached house has a freehold guide of £40,000 to £50,000.
It is located to the south of Tredar, on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, and extends to 0.28 hectares (0.68 acres).
A two-bedroom house in Little Meadow, Wallace Road, Bodmin, has a freehold guide of £92,000.
It is in a cul-de-sac on the edge of Bodmin town centre and has an enclosed garden. The property is being auctioned in arrangement with View Property of Launceston.
Bidding for the current auction, the first one of the year, goes live on Monday, February 5, and ends on Wednesday, February 7. See www.cliveemson.co.uk for more details.
