It is very pleasing to see we have a defibrillator installed on Stourscombe which is easily accessed from the pathways through the estate and near the mini roundabout in Robin Drive and Snowdrop Crescent.

Also it’s good to have a noticeboard back on the estate along with the new bench after both were vandalised a few years ago which were put in on fund by Stourscombe Residents Association.

I am pleased after speaking to mayor Cllr Helen Bailey some time ago that she and  Martin Cornish the council’s estates and properties manager that they have been able to tap into funding and were able to over come challenges they faced.

We must thank them both and every one in the town council for making things happen for the benefit of all the residents in and around Stourscombe.
