Police are asking for witnesses to come forward following serious collision involving a 17-year-old this weekend. 

Officers were called to reports of a single-vehicle collision involving a Kawasaki quad-bike on Mill Road, Bradworthy, around 7am on Saturday, December 2. 

As a result of the collision, the rider, a 17-year-old girl, sustained potentially life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. 

The road was closed while officers carried out an investigation of the scene, and was reopened around 1pm.
