There are now three vacancies for councillors at Bude-Stratton Town Council.
The latest vacancy, in the Bude ward, comes after the resignation of Cllr Jamie Wright.
It comes nearly a week after it was announced by the town council that there were two vacancies in the Stratton Ward, after the resignations of Martin Dorey and Paul Tilzey.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Bude-Stratton Town Council said: "Due to the resignation of Jamie Wright, a vacancy has now arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Bude Ward of Bude-Stratton Town Council.
"If by 27 April (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank Holidays, after the date of this notice) a request for an election has been received from at least 10 electors in the Bude Ward of the Parish of Bude-Stratton, by the Proper Officer in Truro, an election will be held to fill the vacancy. Otherwise, the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
"Bude-Stratton Town Council would like to thank Jamie for his time on the Council and wish him all the very best for the future. "
