PARAMEDICS from Bude and Holsworthy and their colleagues are continuing with their quest for a state-of-the-art training simulator.
The real-time training simulator will help emergency paramedic teams practise the technical skills needed for keeping critically ill patients alive on their way to hospital.
Bude paramedic Rich Hoult said: "I am proud to work for the South West Ambulance Service. Whether at home, by the road, or in the countryside, we are excellently trained and always ready to bring the best emergency care to a casualty.
"However, we cannot be complacent. Emergency treatment is changing all the time and we need to keep on top of these changes."
