LAUNCESTON Cricket Club are holding a ladies festival this upcoming Sunday at the club and are inviting local businesses to donate prizes for the draw held on the day.

A number of teams including Launceston, Callington, Hatherleigh and Grampound Road have signed up for the day which will see a six-aside tournament held.

Also on offer will be plenty of food and drink including a buffet, cream tea and a bar.

This will be the third year in succession that the club have hosted the event after last year’s success, which saw Redruth claim the crown.
