WEST Division side Bude Town set up a home tie against Helston Athletic of the Premier division with a 3-1 win over Millbrook in this rearranged Cornwall Senior Cup encounter.

The visitors opened the scoring after 15 minutes following a bad back pass made by Tommy Statton that was latched onto by Millbrook’s Shaun Evans who rounded the goalkeeper to slot into the net.

A great move involving brothers Billy and Harry Hopcroft brought about the equaliser, with the latter crossing for Chris Hill to put away.

Five minutes later, talisman Hopcroft finished off a great move, created by 16-year-old Ben Bryant, to give Bude the upper hand.

Hill netted again before half-time as Andrew Warburton’s men ground out a deserved victory.
