AT THE second time of asking, the Bude ladies secured the trophy after losing in last year’s final.

In total, nine ladies played through the qualifying rounds, while caddies and supporters travelled to Montecastillo Golf Resort, Cadiz in Spain for an incredible week.

The weather was superb throughout, while the course proved to be a tough challenge.

In the semi-finals, Bude met the ladies from Cranleigh, Surrey, gaining three and a half points to move into the grand final where they played Bolton Old Links.

In a very well contested match, the outcome wasn’t decided until the very last putt on the 18th green of the final twosome on the course!

The sponsors Annodata provided a competition, which was worthy of the title Club Classic 2017.
