WERRINGTON have named their side for tomorrow’s trip to champions Wadebridge in the ECB Cornwall Premier League.

The Tron have had a mixed start to the season, winning two and losing three of their five outings in the division, including losing by just six runs at St Austell last Saturday.

However, just five points from two hefty home defeats by Redruth and St Just mean that they’re eighth in the ten-team division and only five points above bottom side Camborne.

Wadebridge have had a mixed start to their title defence, winning two and losing two of their five games and sit fifth on 54 points, 20 behind leaders Redruth.

Werrington’s selection committee have kept faith with left-arm seamer Jordan Duke following his 2-32 last Saturday, and with off-spinner Mark Taskis also returning, they have opted to give new signing Ryan Pooley a run out in the second team.

George Rickard again has a school game, meaning another selection dilemma was avoided.

WERRINGTON: Sam Hockin, Thulina Dilshan, Ben Smeeth, Adam Hodgson, Mark Gribble, John Moon, Ben Jenkin, Nick Lawson (capt, wkt), Dan Barnard, Mark Taskis, Jordan Duke.
