A NEW ‘wellbeing festival’ is coming to Bude as part of the NHS Cornwall Healthier Together campaign.
NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board, Healthy Cornwall and a host of community and voluntary partners are running eight wellbeing festivals across Cornwall this summer, including one in Bude.
Free of charge, on August 3, Bude’s Parkhouse Centre will be host to the first of the events.
From 11am until 3pm, there will be a variety of activities to get involved with. From exercise demonstrations to a scarf juggling workshop, or have a go at folk art and jewellery making.
There are stalls, games, Magic Martin and free face painting. It’s all happening at the Bude summer wellbeing festival this Saturday.
Pop down for taster sessions including mini beauty treatments. Try new things, get health checks from the NHS, and lots of useful advice about local health and wellbeing support.
